1 OF 3 PROPERTIES NESTLED IN THE ROLLING FOOTHILLS OF THE BLACK MOUNTAINS AND BRECON BEACONS XMAS 2015 WEEK WILL COMMENCE SATURDAY 19 DECEMBER NEW YEAR 2015 WEEK WILL COMMENCE SATURDAY 26 DECEMBER A stunning selection of properties offering luxury accommodation in an area criss-crossed with stunning walks. Set around the old farm yard these properties look out across far-reaching rural views with private gardens and the use of estate grounds stretching down to a river. Set in the rolling countryside near Llandovery surrounded by working farmland and accessible for great days out for all. Ideally situated for Llandeilo and within an hour of beaches to the South and West of Wales and edged by the Black Mountains Brecon Beacons National Park and Cambrian Mountains. Walk the Waterfall Trail visit the Big Pit or see the red kites being fed locally or simply relax in the stunning surroundings that the properties offer. Amenities: ample parking bed linen towels electric central heating and logs included. All bedrooms have TV s. Heating is predominantly under-floor. Outside: each property has private area of grounds and all benefit from the 104 acres of estate land to explore. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Location: beach within an hour to Aberaeron. Pubs cafes and restaurants in local town of Llandovery 4 miles or Llandeilo 14 miles. Arrival Time: 3.30pm The accommodation is a beautifully restored former millers cottage and barn offering THREE bedrooms. 1 super king-size room 1 king-size and 1 double with en-suite bathroom with WC. Bathroom: roll-top bath with shower attachment separate shower and WC. Lounge: woodburner TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with range-style cooker dishwasher and microwave. Utility: washing machine tumble dryer and American style fridge freezer with icemaker. Outside: double French doors lead to the private terrace with separate private lawn area.
